Set lengths are strictly 20 minutes maximum
Bands will be given a signal at the ‘5 minutes left’ mark. If your last song becomes the extended dance re-mix we will shut you off. If you start another song we will shut you off. Being shut off negatively impacts your final score.

Changeover times are only 10 minutes long, so everyone is expected to be respectful and cooperative with the bands before and after you. The stairs at
stage left will be used for loading gear onto the stage, and stage right will be used for removing gear from the stage (signs will be posted and stage crew available to assist).

There will be no sound checks!
Line checks will be done during your changeover time.

How it will work:
Load-in will be from 6:00pm to 7:15pm (NO LATER). Pre-show meeting will be at 7:30pm. Doors at 8:00pm and show will start at 9:00pm!

Space will be available for each band in the backstage area. All bands must provide a stage plot to the stage manager by Monday, March 26 @ 3pm. If you are entering a band with a 6 piece horn section, glockenspiel, crotch-box and/or any other assorted insane stage set-ups please advance with Chuck Erman A.S.A.P!

Full Back-line will be provided and must be used by all bands. Backline will consist of 1 standard 5 piece drum kit / 2 guitar amps / 1 bass rig. Guitar players may bring own pedals. Drummers must bring own breakables (snare / cymbals).

All decisions of the Stage Manager are final.
